The Results Are In...

Who was the biggest loser? Was it Reducing Rob or Sensational Steph. Well if you guessed Rob. Unfortunately you guessed wrong. He started at 185 lbs with an ending weight of 185 lbs (at least he maintained the same weight). He really didn't take this competition too seriously BUT he has another year to redeem himself since most of the Anderson Bunch is striving to be the Biggest Loser this year.

I guess since Rob is out. That makes Sensational Steph the BIGGEST LOSER!! (and the crowd goes wild) My starting weight was 120 lbs. My final weight was 107 lbs. I lost 13 lbs. (and the crowd goes wild again) Now for inches: My hips were at 38.5 inches and now they are at 35.5 inches. My waist was at 33 inches and now it's at 30.5 inches.

I still have a few more inches to loose but I will be focusing on losing my gut and toning this year. I'm not sure my gut will ever go away since a gut seems to be a permanent part of every Fredericks family member. I don't know about you but I do believe in miracles. Anything can happen right? Time will tell. In the meantime good luck to all the Biggest Loser contestants. See you all at the final weigh-in in July.

Rob here,

The results are a little skewed by only using the beginning weight. With the tons of good food I had at the reunion and the holidays, I'm lucky to be at zero gain. Don't think this is an indication of how I will do in the Anderson Family Biggest Loser, I am newly motivated and ready to go.... starting tomorrow.

That's awesome Stephanie. You'll have to share what you're doing to look so great so we can do it too.

You are amazing. But, I have to say, what would I give to have my "starting weight" be 120! You look great! :)

I wish I had some amazing secret to losing weight but for me it was all about exercising consistently.
