Backpacking Trip

Our 3 day backpacking adventure started at Worlds End

State Park to Dutchman Falls. All in all, 27 miles. Our plan

was to hike around 8 miles a day, but our plan was quickly

thwarted when rain clouds moved in quickly after arriving.

We had to quickly find a place to set up camp. That meant

only getting in about 2 miles in  the first day, leaving

more mileage to cover over the next few days, (about 12

miles a day to be exact). The rain did dampen our clothes,

but not our spirits. Robs shorts never fully dried during

those 3 days and he was forced to wear his attractive rain

gear;) I luckily followed his advice that he he himself

decided not to follow and wore breathable clothes that

would dry quickly if it rained.
Nothing says outdoor cooking like a package of dehydrated

food:)
Rob decided to tie me to a tree and leave me there. I guess

that would be one less thing to pack around:)
I think he finally decided to untie me since I was carrying all

 the food.

Great trip! I'm ready to do it again...just not next week;)
